Kaylee, bless her sweet sweet heart, came outside when I went to just look at a car that I saw online. She came out & started talking to her. It was super late on a Friday night, super duper cold outside. Told her I’d come back in the AM & wanted to test drive. She had the car all ready for me when I got there at 10/11 AM on Saturday.
Came back later than night with my mechanic [aka dad who is a mechanic professionally]. Did my paperwork that night. Bergen, she’s also amazing! Any question that I had, she was able to help me. We had a small hick up but she was VERY accommodating.

My family has been going to Shane for cars since I was a kid. Two years ago I took my wife to him and he found her a fantastic Honda Civic that’s had no issues so far. On Tuesday, when it was my turn to get a new car, I specifically went to Shane because I knew he’d find exactly what I needed- and he did! I’m so excited to drive my new-to-me Ford Escape! Shane made everything a breeze and I left happier than I ever expected. I can’t recommend this dealership (and Shane specifically) enough!

Literally had a new motor and exhaust installed with them and I am writing this stranded on the side of the road with my 1yr old son. These people just can't seem to get it right. Every time, multiple times giving the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore! I will NEVER step foot into one of their locations again. I will refer all of my contacts personal/business to another dealer. Absolutely terrible!
